MVS is based on fair and equal opportunity access to all our employees. Thus, we wish to
instill a sense of pride in our employees, both in the company and in their acquired
artisan skills and work, thereby delivering excellence in our products and services.
Originally, the company was a consulting company but over the years, it’s primary concern
changed as the market developed and evolved. In 1991, Mining Ventilation Services 2 CC
shifted focus onto marketing and manufacturing. The business has expanded extensively over
the years and MVS 2 CC now employs thirty full time employees. Mining Ventilation Services
2 CC has always felt indebted to our social responsibilities and due to this fact, we are
a major employer of our regional disadvantaged community.
MVS wishes to supply honest and reliable service at a cost effective price to our valued
clients, thus developing a healthy relationship. Further, we wish to offer a secure and
fair working environment for our staff
We have identified Girls and Boys Town Kagiso as our community product. MVS has for over
4 years donated annually to Girls and Boys town as their social development project.
Girls and Boys Town is a “national organisation that provides residential services to
youth who face insurmountable challenges; community outreach and strength-based services
and training to families, educators and professionals; and evaluative and research
programmes that ensure the best practice models of service and intervention for youth
and all those who impact on their lives.”
Our Corporate Structure has developed into a successful foundation since MVS2
was established. Up until now we have followed the same structure and it made
the organisation and company an entity that thrives on a daily basis.
